Privacy is built in to our parts locator. We've designed our service to enable people to locate the used parts they need without having to expose their personal information. We are the first and only used auto parts locator that can claim to keep your personally identifiable information confidential even while distributing your part request to salvage yards throughout the United States and Canada. |
Submitting a Part Request |

In order to place a part request and have it distributed to our network of salvage yards, junk yards, auto recyclers and auto wreckers, you will
be required to supply us with an email address and other personal data, including your first name and the city, state and zip
code for the location where parts will be shipped should you decide to purchase parts from a member of our salvage yard network. You will not be required to provide
your telephone number and you will not be required to provide us with your street address.
The information we do require is needed so we can provide our network of auto recyclers with enough information so they can reply
to you after you place a part request. Your personal information will not be distributed to anyone outside our network of salvage yards. Additionally, each junk yard
that is affiliated with our service has agreed to the terms of our Vendor Contract which states, in part, that each subscriber is required to keep all information that
they receive through our service confidential. Lastly, and just as importantly, all information you provide to us is transmitted via Secure Socket Layers (SSL)
using up to 256-bit encryption, depending upon your browser.

Information we might collect and store on our servers includes: (1) the email address you provide us; (2) your name; (3) information about the vehicle
for which a part request is placed; (4) the city, state and zip code used for calculating shipping costs; (5) information about the part or parts being requested;
and (6) your telephone number should you decide to provide it. |

Personally identifiable information that you provide us is transmitted via Secure Socket Layers (SSL) using up to 256-bit encryption, depending upon your browser.
We employ state-of-the-art practices to ensure the information you provide us is kept private and secure. We do not store any other sensitive information on our servers. |
What We Do With This Information |

Our site reserves the right to collect and store information and statistics about visitors to our web site. On occassion we will use this information to
send surveys to get feedback regarding your experience with our site and our salvage yard vendors. We do reserve the right to transmit some information to other
entities outside our network of auto recyclers. However, under NO circumstances will the data transmitted to any other entity contain your email address, your phone number
(if provided) or your name. |

We will provide any and all data in our possession to any entity or authority as required by law and only after being subpoenaed. In addition, we may, in our
sole discretion, provide any data in our possession to any party to facilitate the resolution of any dispute that may arise from any transaction consummated through our service. |
